The ModCityArts Media Festival and Contest is a collaborative effort of Arts, Media, and Entertainment CTE teachers from Davis, Downey, Elliott, Enochs, Gregori, Johansen high schools; and La Loma and Roosevelt jr. highs. Our goal is to celebrate the talent of student digital artists from Modesto City high schools CTE programs and all middle and jr. high students from Modesto and Salida.
